Apple Farm's 11th Annual Traditional Holidays Celebration
Celebrating the Comfort and Joys of the Season
The Apple Farm Inn and Restaurant in San Luis Obispo treats locals and guests alike to its 11th Annual "Traditional Holidays at Apple Farm" from November 10, 2012 through December 22, 2012, a classic celebration of the season's most cherished traditions, with many free activities for kids and adults.
Holiday Open House - Saturday, November 10th, 2012 10am to 3pm
- Complimentary refreshments property wide including hot cider, homemade cookies, dessert breads & eggnog.
- Santa will be here from 12 to 6pm for photos with the kids and spreading joy around the property.
- Hourly drawings for fun prizes at the Gift Shop
- Complimentary ornament with $25 Gift Shop purchase
- Inn room tours from 11am to 2pm - discover our new rooms!
- Gingerbread cookie decorating
- Holiday craft booth - just for kids!
- Horse drawn carriage rides
- Holiday photo settings around the property
- Wine & Beer Tasting
- Bakery & appetizer demonstrations from Pastry Chef Willie Vey and Executive Chef Stephen Walls
- Holiday floral demonstrations by our Floral Designer, Alda Hughes
- Food demonstrations from the chefs of Marisol, Gardens of Avila and Sea Venture restaurants.
- Kettle Corn for sale
- A sneak peek of The Nutcracker performed by SLO Civic Ballet.
- Live holiday music
- Holiday musical chairs for the kids
- 10% of restaurant sales that day will go to the San Luis Obispo Noor Foundation, a volunteer-based, non-profit organization dedicated to providing high quality free health care to uninsured people living in our community. Come out and support this amazing cause!
Traditional Holidays festivities thru December 22nd will include:
- Santa will be here from 11am- 2pm every Saturday
- BLACK FRIDAY SALE ~ Friday, November 23rd, 7-9am – 40% off all holiday items at the Gift Shop!
- DIVA NIGHT ~ Tuesday, December 4th, 5-9pm - Enjoy 35% off retail items and complimentary chocolates and champagne tasting. Bring the girls for some holiday retail therapy!
- Live holiday music every Saturday from 5:30pm to 7:30pm at the restaurant.
