It offers a driving range, club and hand cart rentals. Lessons are available from their PGA teaching professional. The course is open daily from 7:00 a.m. until dusk. From the Apple Farm, drive south on US 101. Exit at Madonna Road, go left at the intersection, and drive 3 minutes to Laguna Lake on the right. We'd like to point out that the short drive from the golf course up to the Black Hill view area is well worth the time, and for spectacular 360-degree views, take the 15-minute walk up to the top of Black Hill. From the Apple Farm, follow Monterey St. away from the freeway, go right on Santa Rosa St. (Hwy 1) and follow it north for eleven miles. Take the Los Osos/Baywood Park exit. Turn left onto South Bay Boulevard. After approximately 7/10 of a mile, make a right onto State Park Road. The golf course will be on your right. Dairy Creek2990 Dairy Creek Road, San Luis Obispo From the Apple Farm, follow Monterey St. away from the freeway, go right on Santa Rosa St. (Hwy 1). Follow Hwy 1 past the Cal Poly entrance and Stenner Creek Road, and look for El Chorro Regional Park on the right, opposite Cuesta College. While in the area, check out the town of Avila Beach and its quaint shops and excellent restaurants. A visit to the pier is a must, and Port San Luis serves fresh fish (dinner only). From the Apple Farm, go south on US 101, take the San Luis Bay Drive exit off Highway 101, turn right, turn right again on Avila Beach Drive, and follow posted road signs to the Resort. Exit Hwy 101 at Halcyon Road in Arroyo Grande. Go straight at off ramp into Halcyon. Go through town and turn left at Hwy 1. Make an immediate right back onto Halcyon. Go straight at the stop sign at the top of the hill. Continue straight past the next stop sign. Make the first right at Cypress Ridge Parkway. Follow into parking lot and pro shop on the right.
