Welcome to The Millhouse, our unique building featuring four different guest rooms with amazing amenities, from King Specialty accommodations similar to our Inn rooms to our new Millhouse Suite with a large living room, kitchenette, balcony, one and a half bathrooms, and a bedroom with king bed.

Millhouse Room A

Millhouse Room Beds: 1 | Occupancy: 2 | Room Size: 375 Sq. Ft.

Located on the second floor of the Millhouse, this room is decorated in rich burgundy or yellow colors with a king size bed. It has a spacious seating area with a gas fireplace and patio with outdoor seating, showcasing views of our pool and Inn building. The bathroom features a tub shower combination, with other amenities including a flat-screen LCD television, a refrigerator, wine glasses and wine opener. One thing to note about this room is that it is only accessible via stairs. If you require assistance with stairs, we recommend choosing another one of our room types.

Millhouse Room B

Millhouse Room Beds: 1 | Occupancy: 2 | Room Size: 375 Sq. Ft.

This room is decorated in warm yellow tones or rich burgundy with a king size bed and it’s located on the second floor of our Millhouse. It has a seating area with a gas fireplace and patio with outdoor seating that features views of the San Luis Creek. The bathroom features a tub shower combination, and other amenities including a flat-screen LCD television, a refrigerator, wine glasses and wine opener. One thing to note about this room is that it is only accessible via stairs. If you require assistance with stairs, we recommend choosing another one of our room types.

Millhouse Room C

Millhouse King Specialty Beds: 1 | Occupancy: 2 | Room Size: 375 Sq. Ft.

This King Specialty room features cool blue tones and accommodations like a king size bed, a seating area with a sofa bed, and an electric fireplace. It has views of our Creekside Lawn and is located on the bottom floor of our Millhouse. Other amenities include a refrigerator, wine glasses and wine opener, a large shower, and terry robes for you to relax in. This room can also be adjoined with Millhouse Suite D for larger families, girlfriend getaways, and more!

Millhouse Suite D

Millhouse Suite Beds: 1 | Occupancy: 4 | Room Size: 500 Sq. Ft.

This one-of-a-kind suite is the newest addition to the Apple Farm. It features one bedroom with King bed, a flat-screen LCD television, and an electric fireplace, as well as a full bathroom with a large shower, double sinks, and a half bath in the living area. The living room has a double-sized sofa bed, another flat-screen LCD television, and a balcony with views of the mill creek. The kitchenette in the room has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, wine glasses, wine opener, and a sink. There is also a small dining area.

Millhouse at Apple Farm Inn

With its 6,000-pound white oak water wheel and antique machinery, the mill can run a gristmill. The bearings and cast-iron hubs for the wheel are over 100 years old and were originally used in an old mill on the East Coast. Some of the other parts came from the wood shop of the old junior high school that sat on the corner of Johnson Street and Marsh Street. Stroll around the Millhouse and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and the soothing sound of water in the beautifully landscaped area surrounding the mill.
