Sunday - Meat Loaf Dinner - Our famous meat loaf served with homemade mashed potatoes and gravy and seasonal vegetables. Monday - Southern Style Fish Fry - Tender tilapia with a cornmeal breading, deep fried to a golden brown. Served with seasoned rice, sauteed vegetables and our homemade tartar sauce. Tuesday - Gourmet Sausage Sampler - Locally produced gourmet sausage including cowboy style, swiss and our own apple sausage. Served with sauteed red cabbage and hot bacon and brown sugar potatoes. Wednesday - Beef and Mushroom Pot Pie - Like our famous turkey pot pie, this one is made with the same homemade flaky crust, tender chunks of beef, sauteed mushrooms, peas, carrots, and pearl onions in a rich beef gravy. Thursday - Chicken Cacciatore - Bone-in chicken, braised in white wine, with tomatoes, garlic, peppers, onions, herbs, and fresh basil. Served on a bed of white rice.
